Pre-registration has opened for Pudgy Party, a multiplayer mobile game developed by Mythical Games in collaboration with Pudgy Penguins. The game will launch globally in Summer 2025 and is available for early sign-up on both the App Store and Google Play.
The launch campaign includes a sweepstakes offering $5,000 worth of $PENGU tokens. Five winners will receive $1,000 each. To enter, users must pre-register at pudgy.party, follow the @PlayPudgyParty X account, and complete social tasks. Winners will be notified in early August.
Pudgy Party features fast-paced matches across several casual modes, including obstacle races, knockout rounds, and team-based challenges. Sessions support up to 20 users. Players can customize penguin avatars with outfits, accessories, and emotes.
The game is built by Mythical Games, which also runs the Mythos ecosystem on Polkadot. Mythical has reported over $850 million in lifetime transaction volume across its portfolio, with titles like NFL Rivals and FIFA Rivals contributing to that total.
Pudgy Party extends the Pudgy Penguins IP beyond NFTs and merchandise. The franchise previously launched physical toys and the $PENGU token on Solana.
Pre-registration is open through August 1. A soft launch is underway in select regions. Full global release is scheduled for Summer 2025.
