NomStead’s first NFT sale is locked in for late June. The upcoming Genesis Chest mint introduces tradable, reward-driven NFTs to the casual sandbox MMORPG, set across web and mobile clients. NomStead will conduct the drop on Immutable zkEVM, with early access beginning June 24 and the public sale opening June 26, both at 2 PM UTC.
Each Genesis Chest contains a mix of in-game assets, including land extensions, cosmetic items, and time-limited Visa memberships. The collection is capped at 4,000 total chests, distributed across three tiers: 3,500 Wood Chests at $30, 400 Emerald Chests at $150, and 100 Sapphire Chests at $300. All chests include a Founder Badge and at least one land plot.
The Wood Chest makes up the bulk of the supply and carries the highest chance of delivering standard land types like grassland. Emerald and Sapphire editions reduce that probability in favor of larger or rarer land plots, with the Sapphire Chest guaranteeing two extensions. Some will unlock Stadium land, a limited map type that enables PvP encounters with custom rulesets. Only 100 exist, with 10 reserved for this mint.
Each chest includes a NomStead Visa, a time-based in-game membership that unlocks verified status, early feature access, and boosted gold rewards. Visa duration scales with chest tier: one month for Wood, three months for Emerald, and twelve months for Sapphire. The Founder Badge included in every chest offers future utility tied to early ownership and game participation.
Minting will take place in two phases. Whitelisted wallets gain access on June 24, while the general public sale opens June 26. Early supporters who interacted with NomStead prior to its Immutable integration will receive automatic whitelist status and one complimentary Genesis Chest. Additional access can be earned through contests, social activity, and partner guild allocations.
Wallet setup via Immutable Passport is required to mint. Chest contents will remain sealed until July 15, when a live event will unlock the assets and allow land placement on NomStead’s interactive game map. Minted chests will be fully tradable prior to that reveal.
