Players blew past that number faster than expected. Anyone who signed in from the game’s start up to January 13 at 11:59 p.m. CET picks up the Gilded Pickaxe Raider Tool automatically.
Nexon put out Arc Raiders on October 30, 2025, for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. The extraction shooter costs $40 and pits teams against each other and the environment in raids on the alien-overrun world of Speranza. Raiders hunt for resources while dodging deadly machines that track them down.
Copies sold climbed to 12.4 million soon after release. Steam data shows a high of nearly 317,000 players at once recently, with the full count across all systems reaching 960,000 this month. A million players dove into the December Expedition Project, which wiped progress for a new start on challenges.
