Ubisoft has initiated the soft launch of Might & Magic Fates on iOS in limited regions. The strategy trading card game, developed in partnership with Immutable, follows its open beta phase on Android that started in December 2025 for players in countries including Poland, Ukraine, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines, and Thailand.
Players access the game through the App Store in supported areas. The title remains free-to-play, with in-game purchases optional. Progress from the testing phases carries over to the worldwide release. Ubisoft first announced Might & Magic Fates in April 2025 as a mobile-focused entry in the long-running franchise.
The game centers on tactical duels where players build decks from hundreds of cards representing creatures, spells, artifacts, buildings, and heroes across iconic Might & Magic factions such as Haven, Necropolis, Inferno, and Academy. Matches use a mana system based on gold generated from cards in hand, allowing fast-paced play. Heroes gain experience in battle, unlock abilities, and equip artifacts.
An optional Web3 layer powered by Immutable provides digital ownership and trading of cards through an external marketplace in eligible regions. Ubisoft states this feature offers no competitive advantage and remains entirely optional.
Global pre-registration opened in September 2025 for mobile including iOS, Android, and PC via Steam. App Store listings previously indicated a December 10, 2025, expected release date, though Ubisoft has not confirmed final timing for full launch.
