Elixir Games, a popular web3 gaming platform has successfully raised $14M in funding from three VCs: Square Enix, Shima Capital, and the Solana Foundation. The recent seed funding has brought the total amount generated by the platform to $20M.
According to the executives of the gaming platform, the funds generated would be used to develop its gaming ecosystem in Q2, 2024. It would also be used to support the launch of the $ELIX token.
Speaking on the funds’ utilization, Carlos Roldan, Elixir’s CEO said “At Elixir Games, we’re revolutionizing gaming by empowering gamers beyond the screen. With our cutting-edge tech and exclusive IP, we’re crafting an ecosystem where players don’t just play the game — they grow with it, fund it, and shape its future.”
