About Frontiers
Frontiers is a real-time MMORPG demo built with the HYTOPIA SDK, designed to showcase the platform’s tools, engine, and modular game systems. It features live-action combat, dynamic quest progression, NPC interactions, inventory management, and an in-world day-night cycle—all built and deployed in-browser.
Players progress through skill-based leveling across combat, exploration, and bartering. The game supports dodge mechanics, item forging, and live XP rewards tied to player actions. It also includes persistent quest logs, real-time NPC states, and terrain-aware enemy AI.
The full game logic is built entirely using HYTOPIA’s SDK and editor tools, with all code available publicly via GitHub. The game is planned to launch on desktop and mobile through the HYTOPIA app.
