If you are part of the Ronin ecosystem, you may have heard of or are already playing Pixel Heroes. To help you maximize earnings for airdrop throughout your adventure, I’ve developed a quick guide on how to earn in Pixel Heroes.
The mobile MMORPG is currently running a Play-2-Airdrop campaign, allocating 6% of its $ADVTR token supply—around 55 million tokens—as rewards based on PlayPoints. Accumulating more PlayPoints is how you earn in Pixel Heroes as it will allow for a greater share of $ADVTR tokens, with 50 million tokens distributed proportionally and an additional 5 million tokens reserved for the top 300 PlayPoint earners.
How To Earn in Pixel Heroes
To earn in Pixel Heroes, start by connecting to Pixel Heroes DApp, where you can view your keys, mystery boxes, and play points (airdrop points). There are two primary ways to collect play points: opening mystery boxes (500-2000 points per box) or staking HeroZ NFTs for daily points. HeroZ NFTs can be bought from other players on the Mavis Marketplace or summoned using summoning stones, which are available through loot boxes or directly on the marketplace.
To maximize points, focus on mystery boxes and keys. Two main options to earn these items include the Shady Turk Vendor and the Task Board:
- Shady Turk Vendor: Unlock the Shady Vendor by completing Guild Quest 33, generally around the time you reach Normal difficulty stages. The vendor offers six weekly tasks; completing each task grants Turk coins, and finishing three tasks rewards 1000 MGOLD. For every 6000 Turk coins, purchase an additional mystery chest in the in-game shop.
- Task Board: The Task Board provides rotating loot delivery quests that can be refreshed for 100 diamonds. Drops from regular monsters can be exchanged for mystery keys, while boss loot can be exchanged for mystery boxes. Pro tip: Boss loot items can be bought and sold on the in-game marketplace for MGOLD.
To open mystery boxes, you’ll need mystery keys. One key can be claimed daily from the DApp, but additional keys are obtainable as in-game loot, through Task Board missions, by sharing PHA codes with others, or by completing social missions on the site. Leftover keys can be used to open normal boxes for 30 keys each.

Pixel Heroes Adventure is one of the titles within the Ronin Network’s expanding ecosystem, joining through the Ronin Forge initiative launched in June 2023.
